Itemised BOQs, vendor shortlists and a dated programme. Scope, price and calendar are locked together so none of them drifts later.
Execution & site supervision
In-house engineers and supervisors on site daily. Fabrication tracked against drawings, deviations logged the day they happen.
Handover & commissioning
Snag closure, documentation, warranties and post-handover support. We stay on the phone after you move in.
